Returns Policy

The following terms cover any product purchases from the Kiwi Shop

Items ordered from this store can be returned for exchange within 14 days of receipt. If the product is faulty or incorrect you will not be charged freight for replacement of a product. If you have simply changed your mind, freight will be charged.

A return number will be sent to you, along with return instructions, and these must be followed when the product is sent back to our logistics provider. Once received, a reversal of the credit card transaction will be processed.

Items sent back without correct return information will not be credited.
