Providing a gift for kiwi

A variety of options are available to help kiwi through your will, including leaving:

all or part of your estate, once expenses, debts and other specific bequests have been settled
a specified sum of money
a particular item, such as the proceeds of a life assurance policy, stocks and shares, works of art, vehicles, jewellery or the proceeds of the sale of a house.

In preparing your will, talk with your lawyer to make sure your wishes are clearly and correctly recorded.
