Information Toolkit

Iwi, hapu and community initiatives are bringing passionate, committed people together to work towards kiwi conservation.

dedicated kiwi workers
Kiwi owe much to dedicated kiwi workers

Their efforts are a vital cog in the wheel of Bank of New Zealand Save the Kiwi – the task is too big for any one agency or group or individual to manage alone.

Networks among people working to conserve kiwi are a good way to share information, expertise, know-how and resources.  Some strong networks already exist, and this page may lead to more.

The groups and people listed below are all iwi, hapu or community-based, are committed to working on kiwi conservation in their area, and are happy to be part of a network sharing what they have learnt, and learning from others.

If you would like to join the list and share your experiences and expertise with others, contact SavetheKiwiTrust@bnz.co.nz
