To help achieve this mission, the Trust has set itself six challenging aims.  It seeks to:

Provide inspiration, guidance and tools to enable New Zealand communities to protect and enhance local and regional populations of kiwi.

Be recognised as kiwi experts in the areas of bird management, predator control, breeding, and ecosystem management.

Maintain a world class level and robust knowledge base for kiwi recovery through research into kiwi and kiwi-related issues.

Be an internationally recognised conservation success story.

Be the flagship of conservation and environmental sponsorship in New Zealand.

Be a voice for kiwi.

How will the Bank of New Zealand Save the Kiwi Trust do this?
